GABRIELLE NANA ABA G. (GABBY)
Gabrielle, aka Gabby was born on August 18th 2005 in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She is the older of two children born to Ghanaian parents. There is a lot to write about this fashionista-in-training but we will make it brief…… She insists however, that word be told “she is smart and remembers everything from when she was a baby” which is actually very true! LOL! She has a strong interest in fashion and is very excited about the show because this will be her first kids’ fashion show.
Gabby loves reading, shopping with mummy, music, basketball, playing with her little sister and the list goes on…… When she grows up she wants to be what she calls a “model doctor”, a model and a doctor at the same time…… Her favorite food is Jollof rice (a very delicious Ghanaian traditional delicacy) with chicken. Oh and by the way, she loves, loves, loves Cinderella!
Ava-Mirre was born on October 14th 2007, in Atlanta, Georgia. Her parents’ pet name for her is “pumpkin”. Her favorite cartoon character is hmmm, now that’s a hard one. She actually likes every princess in the cartoon planet! Yes, and she knows and can recognize each and every single one of them. If you asked her which princess was her favorite, it would clearly depend on the day you asked her and how she felt that day. She’s the big sister to our next KK kid – Kelton-Pierce. She is the first born child born to parents who hail from the land of Gold - Ghana. Kids-say-the-darnest-things phrase: “Mom, quit that already!!” Her favorite song is Willow Smith’s ‘Whip my hair’ and Wix Khalifa’s ‘Black and Yellow’. And yes, she’s very much into fashion. She loves to shop with mummy and pick out her own clothes and mind you everything she wears has to color coordinate.

MARK JNR. B. (MJ)
Mark Jnr was born on July 25th 2007, in Atlanta, Georgia. He goes by MJ for short. He might actually have some good dance moves like the legend too if you catch him on a good day, LOL! His favorite cartoon character is Thomas-the-Train. He’s the first child born to parents who hail from Georgia and California – that’s a pretty nice balance there, huh.
CHRISTOPHER-ETHAN G-W.
Ethan was born on December 17th 2007, in Atlanta, Georgia. He tends to go by ‘Spidey’ (as in Spider Man). His favorite cartoon character is Iron Man. He’s the first born and only child born to parents who hail from Ghana in West Africa.
Interesting event that happened with him - so one fine day he gets his normal ‘Mohawk’ haircut session from his dad. Once the task was completed, Ethan finds his way straight to the bathroom mirror. He takes a look at himself and gives a smirk. Then he proceeds to pat his hair down on the sides so as to make the ‘cone’ area of his Mohawk a bit sharper, for the lack of a better term. Gives himself thumbs up and proceeds to be content with his look. When asked what he was doing, he says, “Well daddy told me how Astro Boy wears his hair and I think he’s so cool so I want to be that cool too so I have to get the hair right”
PHANUELLE M.
Phanuelle Manuel, popularly known as Mimi was born on January 28, 2006 in Massachusetts. She is the youngest of three sisters but she thinks she’s the smartest of them all. Phanuelle is the face of Hope, Love and Peace and the little Diva in the family. She loves her family so much and can’t imagine life without them. Her favorite character is Snow-White and likes to play with “Baby Alive”. Her favorite color is pink and she loves jellybeans.
Mimi is very good at doing impressions and could become a successful voice actor but she says she wants to be a pediatrician. She really, really loves ballet dance too. She is very excited about this fashion event and can’t wait to catwalk!
PHAEDRA M.
I am Phaedra Nana Ama Manuel. I am a Glowing Leo, born on August 16, 2003 in Ghana. I have two sisters, Phoebe and Phanuelle. My favorite character is Ariel and so no wonder I love to swim a lot and hope to become a pro someday. I also like ice-skating but my favorite hobby is to spend leisure time with my family. The food I like best is fried rice and chicken. My favorite color is purple and my favorite TV show is “Phines and Ferb”
My dad says I have the look and my mom says I have the spirit and I believe them. Can’t wait for this “fashionvaganza”! Oh, I forgot to mention High School Musical – my favorite movie and I had been known to be “Gabriella”.
PHOEBE M.
My name is Phoebe Manuel, aka Ewurama. I was born on May 11, 2002 in Ghana, a very beautiful country in Africa. I am the eldest of three sisters and as the big sis, I like to take charge when mom is not around. My mom is my role model because she is so loving and very generous.
I am a pianist-in-the-making and love to read, read and read! I also love to travel and have visited very interesting places including the world’s tallest building in Dubai. My favorite movie is 'Karate Kid'. I also love Sleeping Beauty as a favorite character. As a princess, my beauty is mostly within me.
I also have a thing for fashion and modeling and have participated in a couple of shows and so can’t wait to be part of this upcoming event. But when I grow up, I would like to be a Medical Doctor and a Philanthropist because I know I will be very, very rich!
EWURESI A.A. (RESI)
Ewuresi is an only child born to Ghanaian parents. She is an Independence baby; born on the 4th of July. At 6 years of age she is very mature. I jokingly say she is 6 going on 16! Resi is smart, outgoing, fun loving with a really good heart. She can be shy at times but quick to warm up once she gets comfortable with her surroundings. She has a hilarious sense of humor which never seizes to amaze me. Ask her to tell you a joke and you will literally be 'rolling on the floor laughing'. Her passion for fashion can be attributed partly to her genes :-) and the show America's Next Top Model. However, great emphasis is placed on not making her love for fashion take over her living out her childhood. She is a tough one and loves Karate! She also loves reading and exploring the internet. Favorites foods include pizza, strawberry ice cream and anything sweet! Favorite saying 'OMS' (Oh my Stars)!
BRAELYNN G.
Braelynn was born on June 22, 2008 in Atlanta, Georgia. Her current obsessions include Daisy Duck, gummy bears, and other people's food. She insists on wearing her hair down because "have to be pretty." She loves to be on the go and is diligently working on finding ways to trick her parents into letting her wear her fancy black shoes to school every day.
NATHANIEL N-T.
Nathaniel, also called Akai by his father was born on October 14, 2009 in Smyrna, GA. His father is from Ghana and his mother is from Upstate New York. He loves having his picture taken and he shouts "cheeeeeese", but we shall see how he takes to the runway.
Nathaniel is full of energy and mischief, he loves to hide around the corner and shout roar when an unsuspecting person walks by. He has recently become a big brother and takes his role very seriously. He loves to hug and kiss His baby sister and is quite concerned when she cries.
Nathaniel loves cars, trucks, trains and buses...pretty much anything with wheels. He also loves to dance and will bust out some moves wherever he is when he hears music.
HANNAH LILY S.
Hannah Lily (HL) born 19th December 2007 in Atlanta Georgia. She is the first child to British parents, her mum is Welsh and her father is English. She is greatly looking forward to being a big sister at the end of this summer.
HL loves to dress up, her favorite outfits are dresses, and oh boy she has many of these!! Puffier and girlier the better!! Although she is only three, she already likes to coordinate her clothes with her accessories, whether it be jewelry, hair accessories or her many shoes!! When asked at school what she would like to be when she grows up; her answer was a princess!! Her past times include reading, her teachers remarking that you will always find her reading in the library at school! She loves craft time including painting and drawing, spending time with her family, going for walks or visiting far away countries! Her favorite color is Purple (Lilac), favorite TV program Dora Explorer. Favorite savory food Olives, and favorite sweet food Ice cream!!
MAYA J.
Maya was born on March 10th, 2005 in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She was such an awesome baby and still carries that great personally. She loves to learn things and has tons of questions every day. Besides that, she loves to swim, draw, play with her sister and friends, go fishing with dad and loves to travel. She is extremely excited about every trip that she is about to take. Maya's parents are from Bosnia and Herzegovina so she is already bi-lingual. She loves getting all dressed up and loves to get her hair and nails done. Her favorite food is just about anything but she can live off the fruit and chicken. She is beyond excited about this fashion show.
NEYLA J.
Neyla was born on October 29, 2006 in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Just like her sister Maya, she is also bi-lingual but very different in other ways. She is extremely active and loves to explore. She is everything from a princess to a jungle book "Mowgli". She loves to dig in the dirt and catch fireflies but on the other hand she loves to get in front of the mirror and have princess parties. She loves make up, shoes and every store we go she is itching to get a pair. Her favorite things to eat are chicken and ice-cream (she could live off the ice-cream if she could). She has very strong personality and is very stubborn but you fall in love with her as soon as you see her (such an innocent face). She loves to dance, cheer and sing. Going to the beach is one of her favorite things to do.
MARIELLE S.
6yr old Marielle, affectionately known as Elle was born on 4/22/2005 in Lawrenceville, GA to Ghanaian parents. In Elle's perfect world all things are pink; she wears tutus, plays with Barbie and eats burgers & pizza all day.
Elle's favorite passe temps, to list a few, include swimming, playing dress-up, dancing, listening to music, reading, going to the library, traveling and shopping. She is currently reading "Princess Posey and the first grade parade" and that makes this book her current favorite. She loves all Disney princesses but if she had to pick a princess, she would pick herself.
In Elle's words "I am super smart and I can be whatever I want to be", but what she says now, that she wants to be when she grows up, is a model and fashion designer. It is of course no surprise then that her favorite TV show is "How do I look" on the Style channel.
BRYCE S.
Brycey, was born on 11/24/2006 to Ghanaian parents in lawrenceville, GA. He is an old soul and a smart alec all day long and you could never tell just by looking at him. Bryce's favorite color is blue and he loves cars, cars and more cars. He likes bikes, "choo choo trains" and airplanes but what he loves more than the cars he already has in his collection are new cars that he doesn't already own. Bryce's favorite activities include dancing, basketball, being read to, drawing, "driving", arranging his cars and playing outside. His darndest sayings include "My name is Brycey and I can do whatever I want!!" (In his boldest, angry, sing song voice)...I say, NOT!!
Bryce wants to be a doctor when he grows up and I have finally managed to convince him that it is okay if other kids his age want to be doctors too. His favorite T.V shows include Caillou, Max & Ruby and Bubble Guppies.
His favorite dishes includes nuggets for lunch and rice with spinach sauce and plantains for dinner. Two things he almost never goes out without these days are his sunglasses and his watch. And oh yeah, he has to make sure that his clothes match when he steps out.
GABRIELLE ELISE S. (Gabby)
Gabrielle Elise Stanley, affectionately known as, Gabby was born on June 16, 2008 in Atlanta, GA. She is the oldest of two girls born to Gary and Nikita Stanley. Gabby just celebrated her 3rd birthday and is extremely smart for age. Gabrielle is very passionate about Dora, Princess Tiana and learning how to be a Diva like her Maternal Grandma "GiGi", but she is mostly passionate about learning. She knows all of her colors and numbers in English and Spanish, as well as her city and state. She loves to sing country music and dance to pop music. Gabby's favorite foods are Pizza and Pancakes, and her favorite color is Purple.
ANNISTON LANE B.
Anniston was born on March 13, 2007 in Atlanta Georgia. From birth she has exhibited a sweet spirit and a yearning to learn. Her favorite activities such as cooking, cleaning, helping are often viewed by others as chores, but Anniston seizes every opportunity to learn or improve a skill. When asked what she wants to be when she grows up she consistently replies “a chef”. Anniston likes to stay active and enjoys playing soccer, kickball, catch and other outdoor activities such as fishing and boating with jet skiing being her favorite past time. Her favorite color is pink and she loves strawberries.
TERRI A. M
As the youngest of two children, Terri was born on July 28th, 2004 in Danbury, CT. Her arrival completed the Morrison family and has remained daddy’s little girl ever since. Just before her first birthday, the family relocated to Atlanta, GA and now resides in the Johns Creek area. In her own words, “I’m a kind and sweet little girl that loves her family and enjoy helping others”. She got her first “modeling” experience at a cousin’s birthday party last May. Even though it was a short show, she thought it was fun and developed the interest since then. She’s really excited about this show because she “gets to show off her different poses”, she says. Terri enjoys different activities and likes to try different foods. She always says: “I’ll try it” and never turns anything down. She enjoys swimming, cooking with mom, playing with her big brother and relaxing. In addition, she makes a perfect Cat wheel. Her favorite TV program is anything on the Cooking Channel. For now, she wants to be a “Super Chef” when she grows up.

Name: Dayo Ladapo (Dayo L.) born on July 18, 2007 in Atlanta, GA. Favorite Character: Captain America; Favorite Food: Rice and Dodo; Favorite Phrase (more like question): Can we go to the toy store? He enjoys swimming and wants to be a firefighter when he grows up.
TYRONE A.
Tyrone Akwesi Badu Acheampong AKA Ty was born on December 17th 2008 in Bromley, Kent England born to Ghanaian parents. He is the younger of 2 children and has an older sister who is 6 years old. Ty's favorite food has got to be Pizza and bread he will force himself to eat it even if he is not hungry. Favorite phrase has to be 'I Dunno'. He has a keen interest in cars and he will describe any car that passes him in the street will tell you what make and model each car is...Ty also loves any video games or gadgets that he can get his hands on. Ty is a very cheerful child and likes to smile about everything. He has amazed his elders with his level of intelligence at such a young age. He likes to play and act up like any three old does and one of his pet hates is to be woken up when he is in the middle of a deep sleep. Ty is a pleasure to be around and he's always full of energy and really is the treasure of his parents’ life.
FAITH V.
Also known as Dede, was born on September 25th 2005 in Austell, Ga (which she can tell you very well),she is intelligent, smart and very outgoing.
Miss Dede loves to be in control and has won numerous awards at her school including best Leadership skills.
Faith loves singing, dancing (ballet),watching tv and going to the mall, Her favorite color is purple. Faith is excited about this fashion show because she gets to show off her "America's next top model" skills so she says. Dede likes to give lots of kisses and hugs.
